The Geschwindt greenhouse is a seven-year- old, very well-constructed, 16x22' Janco, with double-pane glass and many excellent features. John will tell you that hiring a contractor to construct the greenhouse was just one "small" obstacle to buildingthe greenhouse. Shipping damage was more of a problem. Starting the construction project, they worked with Janco Greenhouse company to replace the damaged goods. The problem always occurs as to whom to blame for the damage: the supplier and their packaging, the delivery, the trucking company or the contractor helping to construct the greenhouse. The greenhouse package, as purchased, came with a "swamp evaporative cooler", top roof vents the full length of the roof that are fully automatic, a manual roll down aluminum shading assembly for the roof area, intake and exhaust vents that are operatedby thermostats, and several circulating fans for air movement in the greenhouse.
