Ont's climate change strategy to support cap-and-trade prog

Ontario's Ministry of the Environment arid Climate Change has released a climate change strategy that will oversee the province's march toward its target of an 80% reduction below 1990 levels of greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. Ontario's Climate Change Strategy (https://dr6j45jk9xcmk.cloudfront.net/documents/4914/climate-change-strategy-report.pdf) also supports the province's proposed cap-and-trade program (see p.5 of this issue of EcoCompliance.ca newsletter), which the ministry expects will help it reach this emissions target.
