BC Bill 6 giveth and BC Bill 2 taketh away

To British Columbia's emerging liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry, the provincial government giveth with one hand, and taketh away with the other. Two Bills introduced in the provincial Legislature late October 2014 will have an impact on the financial and environmental performance of the industry, which at this moment exists only on paper.
