During the transition period in Poland the organisation change of Polish construction company was noticed. Such a company right now is similar to this one that can observe in market oriented economy. Typical divisions are logistic, construction sites,management, and financial department. Among those divisions (based upon investigation of more than 100 companies) natural event was the conflict. The scale of it was very important. When it was too high the conflict is the big problem for organisation.Influences come to the results of company. The bigger it is the bigger problems occur. The results of it may be even the worse one - disappearing from the market. This is because of profitable companies can exist. But from the other hand a certain levelof conflict is a good benefit of construction firm. Such conflict between for example managers and foremen. First group supposed to be good educated in many ways but it might be less experienced on construction site than blue collars. From the other handforemen generally are less theoretically educated but more experienced in "real life". Additionally they knew better the real possibilities of company, and other traditional partners. Conflict which might go between managers and blue collars on construction site is very positive - as the time and costs of the project can be reduced. The benefits are obvious but for top management is one very important information - the scale of conflict. When it is too high the benefits are very low, but loses are quite high.
