Tensor product multiplicities, canonical bases and totally positive varieties

This paper continues and to some extent concludes the project initiated twelve years ago in [5]. The original goal of this project was to find explicit "polyhedral" combinatorial expressions for multiplicities in the tensor product of any two simple finite-dimensional modules over a complex semisimple Lie algebra g.
