Serica Energy has sold a 45% stake in the Biliton production sharing contract (PSC) in Indonesia but will remain the operator of the block.UK-based Serica has signed a deal with Canadia's Nations Energy to farm-out a 45% interest in the Biliton PSC subject to regulatory approval.
