The Videocon Industries and Bharat PetroResources joint venture has completed the acquisition of the Brazilian assets of Encana Corp for US 165m.Another payment of 118m was made for the expenses of EnCana Brasil PetroleoLimitad,which has 10 deepwater offshore exploration blocks,said Videocon.
