Exxon extends Loirston reach

ExxonMobil has unveiled plans to develop its North Sea Loirston field via an extended reach well from the Beryl Alpha platform.Exxon chose the extended reach option ahead of a possible subsea tieback, which had also been considered, because the concept would not require any new subsea facilities, pipelines or chemical injection facilities.
