Indonesia's state-owned natural gas distribution outfit Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) plans to invest US 416m in 2007 to expand total gas pipeline capacity in West and East Java.PGN will spend 216m to construct a 637km gas pipeline in West Java with a capacity to transport 1 Bcf/d, the company's president director Washington Simandjuntak told reporters.
