Norse Energy has struck a forward contract deal to acquire shares in Revus Energy.On completion of the deal, Norse will own 10.93% of the share capital of Revus.Norse said in a statement: "The acquisition is in line with Norse's strategy to grow the exploration and production (E&P) business through exploration, exploitation with complementary acquisitions of energy resources in attractive petroleum regions.
