Technip to land Great White

Further confirmation is emerging that the race to build a spar platform for one of the most pioneering ultra-deepwater projects in the world looks to have been won by Technip, as previously revealed by E&P Daily (see 4 May).The French-based contractor is understood to have been given the nod for Shell's Great White development in the frontier western Gulf of
