France's Technip has awarded US behemoth Halliburton a contract to provide pipeline testing and pre-commissioning services for Woodside's Perseus over Goodwyn (POG) project on the North West Shelf offshore Western Australia.The work will be undertaken by Halliburton's Production Optimisation Division.The value of the contract was not disclosed.
