The Carigali-PTT Operating Company (CPOC) has opened bidding for a deck for a wellhead platform (WHP) for the offshore Block B-17 development in the Joint Development Area (JDA) between Malaysia and Thailand, E&P Daily understands.However, there is no indication of the response so far. Following a lukewarm reception to a previous attempt to launch the bidding process, CPOC is now trying to get bids on the table for the WHP.
