The deadline for bidders to submit offers in Trinidad & Tobago's latest licensing round has been extended by the Energy Ministry.According to the ministry's resource management director, Helena Inniss, the deadline for the onshore, nearshore and shallow-marine blocks has now been pushed back to 30 November, while for the deepwater blocks it has been pushed back to 15 December.
