Atlantia Offshore has clinched three Letters of Intent (LoI) potentially worth more than US 1 Bn for the building of at least three deepwater rigs to work off Brazil, while the company's parent outfit SBM Offshore separately has sold off its ownership of a Brazilian FPSO in a 103m deal.
