Norsk Hydro said today that it has agreed to"cooperate closely"with Silverstone Energy and Wilderness Energy over the possible satellite development of heavy oil fields in the vicinity of its UK Mariner and Bressay fields.Hydro said it had agreed a pact covering licences P-1207,P-1282 and P-1496 in Quadrant 9 on the UK continental shelf.
