Companies bidding for acreage in the upcoming Brazilian licensing round will be limited in the number of bids they can submit, say reports.The country's National Petroleum Agency (ANP) wants to try and avoid a concentration of E&P areas falling into the hands of just a few major companies, ANP Director Nelson Narciso was quoted as saying, reported Dow Jones.
