CNOOC Ltd has kicked off Phase II of the Dong Fang (DF) 1-1 gas field, which is the largest independent gas field the company has in China.DF1-1 is producing 187 MMcf/d of gas, of which 35 MMcf/d is produced from three wells from Phase II.
