Nexen plans to invest US 114m in its UK North Sea Buzzard project in 2007, with most of the spend going on the pre-drilling and completion of 11 future production and injection wells.Nexen said the project is due to come onstream before the end of this year, although bad weather over the past few weeks has delayed the final commissioning of the facilities.
