Talisman agrees Noreco swap

Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) has entered into an agreement with Talisman to acquire interests on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).Noreco will acquire a 20% stake in PL 148 and 17.5% interests in both of PL 347 and PL 348.
