State-owned China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) will increase its investment levels this year to US $16.5 Bn, up 26% from last year, despite low oil prices that have forced some operators to trim their budgets. CNOOC plans to produce 352.2m boe this year, 14% more than last year, said general manager Fu Chengyu.
