Albion Petroleum's plans to farm into a number of North Sea licences have collapsed.The Canadian company was unable to complete the deal in the required timeframe and demonstrate its financial capacity, potential partner Elixir Petroleum said.Albion was intending to farm-in to a number of Elixir and Granby Oil's Central North Sea licences to secure working interests of up to 12.5%.
