Wavefield to map Falklands

Falkland Oil and Gas (FOG) has struck a deal with Wavefield InSeis to carry out a 10,000sq km 2D seismic survey over the company's licences in the South and East Falkland Basins.FOG said the survey is the second part of its exploration programme, which is aimed at acquiring Controlled Source Electro-magnetic (CSEM) data over many of the larger prospects and leads that it has identified.
