Shell signs Russian LNG deal

Shell and Russia's Sovcomflot have signed an agreement to co-operate on potential LNG shipping projects in Russia, including the Arctic offshore region. The agreement also provides for broadening of co-operation on the future development of the Sakhalin 2 project off Russia's Far East, as well as potential to gain a foothold in Sakhalin 3 and 4.
