Toreador Resources has agreed a US $10.6m deal to sell its Turkish subsidiary, Toreador Turkey, to private Norway's Tiway Oil. The sale includes Toreador's remaining 10% interest in the South Akcakoca Sub-Basin project in the Black Sea, as well as the related onshore production there and 9,231sq km in exploration licences that are currently held.
