The astounding thing about BIM is not that the building services sector is still not ready for full implementation, with less than a year to go until the Government's deadline for all public sector projects to be implemented in BIM - the astounding thing is that no-one is ready, including the public sector clients putting projects out for tender for delivery in BIM.
