OGX acquire Brazil stake

Brazil's OGX has acquired an equity stake of 70% in seven onshore blocks in the Brazilian state of Maranhao from Petra Energia.The stakes were bought for an undisclosed sum from Petra Energia, which will own the other 30% of the blocks in the Parnaiba Basin, said OGX.
