DryShips bags ultra-deep rigs

DryShips has completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% of the shares in Primelead, the company which owns the Eirik Raude and the Leiv Eiriksson drilling rigs. Primelead's principal assets include the two owned and operational ultra-deepwater semisub-mersible drilling rigs, the Eirik Raude and the Leiv Eiriksson, and four newbuilding drillship contracts for Hulls 1837, 1838, 1865 and 1866.
