BP profits down - cuts continue

BP has seen its second quarter 2009 replacement cost profit more than halved to US $3.14 Bn, compared with $6.75 Bn in the same period last year, the company said. Production was up 4%, however, at 4m boe/d compared to the same period in 2008.
