Endeavour sells Norway unit

Endeavour International has agreed a US $150m deal for the sale of its Norwegian subsidiary EEN to Germany's Verbundnetz Gas (VNG), as it concentrates on its UK assets.Endeavour has extensive exploration acreage offshore Norway and holds stakes in the Brage (4.44%) and Njord (2.5%) producing fields.
