SPC bags China assets

Singapore Petroleum Co(SPC)has acquired Sino-American Energy for US 223m and its asset portfolio in China's Bohai Bay.SPC subsidiary SPC E&P China won a bid for all the shares of Sino-American,which is a subsidiary of US-based Ultra Petroleum.
