Imperial hits Tomsk pay

Imperial Energy has struck hydrocarbons at the Vodorazdelnaya-3 well in Russia's Tomsk region. The operator said it made the hit in the Tyumen reservoir at a depth of 9,082ft (2,768m). Initial signs are that the well hit a total of 92ft (28m) of net pay. Imperial said the North Chertalinskaya-403 well was spudded earlier this month, ahead of schedule, while the Buranovskaya-2 and Nyulginskaya-2 wells are also expected to be spudded ahead of schedule.
