Caspian Oil & Gas has started drilling the first of its planned 11-well campaign at its northern Fergana Basin blocks in Kyrgyzstan,Central Asia.The first well lies on the Ashvaz Block near the town of Mailisu.It is planned to test the northern limits of the producing Mailisu III field,Caspian said.The well will be drilled to a depth of around 2,625ft(800m)and will take two weeks to complete.
