Malaysia's state-owned Petronas has signed a Production Sharing Contract(PSC)with Shell and ConocoPhillips for natural gas fields offshore Sabah,East Malaysia.The deal covers exploration,development and production of gas from the Kababangan Cluster fields that lie 130km offshore Sabah.
