EnCore Oil has struck a farm-out deal with Fairfield,under which Fairfield will acquire a 25% stake in and operatorship of UKCS Block 9/27a,with EnCore retaining a 62.5% share.Under the terms of the deal,Fairfield will have the option to increase its stake up to a maximum of 62.5% on a promoted basis.
