Norway's BW Offshore has signed a contract for the conversion,installation and operation of an FPSO vessel for the Petrobras-operated Chinook and Cascade fields in the Gulf of Mexico.The contractor was selected by the Brazil's Petrobras last month to supply the system and now the deal is official.The contract is for a total of up to eight years including option periods of up to three years.
