Norway Bjork well comes up dry

StatoilHydro's Bjork wildcat exploration well,drilled in the Norwegian Sea,has come up dry,the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate said.Well 6608/8-2 was spudded in Production Licence 352 about 33km north of the Norne field and was drilled to prove hydrocarbons in Cretaceous rocks.The well,which was drilled with the Ocean Vanguard,was dry.
