Abu Dhabi's Aabar Petroleum is planning to spend US 500m over the next three years,with a large chunk going towards the development the Sebuku Block in the Makassar Strait offshore East Kalimantan,Indonesia. "We submitted to upstream regulator BP Migas the plan of development for Sebuku at the end of August and clearly we are hoping for approval,"said Aabar chief executive David Woodward,according to domestic reports.
