India D6 has eight new fields

Reliance Industries and Niko Resources have submitted commerciality applications to the Indian government for eight more fields in Block D6 offshore eastern India.The prolific deepwater block is operated by India's Reliance,which has a 90% stake,while Canada's Niko has the remaining 10%.
