Sri Lanka launches bid round

Sri Lanka has decided to offer eight offshore blocks in the Mannar Basin, with three coming up for grabs imminently.The three blocks will be put out to competitive tender with bid documents available at roadshows in Houston, London and Kuala Lumpur between 15 August and 15 September.
