Canada's Ithaca Energy has kicked off its second well,14/18b-16,on its Athena project in the Outer Moray Firth area offshore the UK - with an eye on fast tracking the prospect's development.The Athena accumulation has been evaluated by Sproule International to contain probable reserves of 28m bbl of oil,19.2m bbl net to Ithaca.
