White Nile Petroleum has acquired a 49% stake in CAMEC Kenya,a Kenyan subsidiary of Central African Mining and Exploration Co,in return for funding 49% of its past and future costs.CAMEC Kenya has a Production Sharing Contract(PSC)with Kenya to explore and develop the hydrocarbon potential of Block 11.
