Centrica Norway Heimdal stake

Centrica has tied up a US 416m deal with Marathon Oil for the buy-up of Marathon's nonoperated interests in the Heimdal field in the Norwegian Sea.Under the terms of the agreement,Centrica will take control of the infrastructure,related producing fields and associated undeveloped acreage around Heimdal.
