Indonesia's state player Pertamina is close to being transformed into a public company without listing its shares,according to reports.Pertamina is currently hiring securities company Mandiri Sekuritas and public accounting firm Ernst & Young to help shape the company into a public entity,reported the Antara news agency,citing Pertamina's corporate secretary Sudirman Said.
