Marathon Oil is targeting first production from three major development projects during 2008,including Neptune in the Gulf of Mexico,and Alvheim and Vilje offshore Norway.The company has just been given the go-ahead to use the Alvheim Floating Production,Storage and Offloading(FPSO)vessel on the field and first production is now scheduled for April this year after hook-up and commissioning.
