Operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf(NCS)are weighing up their spoils after grabbing new blocks in the latest APA 2007 licensing round.Dana Petroleum said today that it had been awarded three new exploration licences covering a total of seven blocks and part-blocks in both the North Sea and the Norwegian Sea.
