Timor Leste plans 2010 round

Timor Leste plans to offer up offshore and onshore blocks in a new licensing round in 2010.Jose Goncalves,acting director National Directorate for Oil & Gas,said that around 50% of the young country's sovereign offshore acreage is left after it awarded six blocks in 2006.These went to Eni(Blocks A,B,C,E and H),and Reliance(Block K).Indeed,Eni plans three wells in 2009 on its blocks.
