Angola LNG bids emerge

After years of delays Chevron's Angola LNG is finally emerging from the drawing board with the first invitations to bid now out.After nearly six months of FEED work Chevron is now confident enough to issue a general tender for site preparation and infrastructure engineering for the plant for which national oil company Sonangol as lobbied, cajoled and threatened.
