ONGC spuds KK deep well

State-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has kicked off its first deepwater well in the Kerala-Konkan Basin offshore India. ONGC expects the drilling campaign, which will reach a planned depth of 21,327ft (6,500m), to cost a total US $83.9m, according to reports.
