Tullow secures $2 Bn loans

Tullow Oil said today that it has cemented borrowing agreements giving it US $2 Bn of new debt facilities. The $2 Bn of debt is split between a senior facility of $1.785 Bn, a junior facility of $100m and an IFC facility of $115m with a final maturity of December 2015.
